Corporate

Corporate events, client days and team-building

Staff events live or die on whether people mix. A simulator gives the room a shared thing to look at, which does more for a quiet team than another round of introductions. People who wouldn't chat across a table will absolutely trash-talk each other over a drive.

It works for client appreciation days too. Your team gets a natural reason to stand beside a client for ten minutes without pitching anything. We can run it as an open bay all afternoon, or as a scored contest with a winner announced before people leave. Tell us which one fits your agenda and we'll build the format around it.

Weddings

Weddings, receptions and the gap nobody plans for

There is always a stretch — after the ceremony, before dinner, or late in the night when the dance floor thins out — where guests have nothing to do. That's the slot this fills. It's low pressure, it's quiet enough to talk over, and it gives the people who don't dance somewhere to be.

It also mixes two families who have never met. The queue at the bay does more introducing than the seating plan does. We keep the setup tidy and out of the way, work around your photographer and your timeline, and pack out whenever you want the space back.

Trade shows

Trade shows and activations that stop foot traffic

A booth's problem is not attention, it's dwell time. People glance and keep walking. A simulator holds them: they stop to watch someone swing, then take a turn themselves, and now your team has three or four minutes with them that didn't start with a pitch.

Put your logo on the screen and the leaderboard, add lead capture at the bay, and the queue becomes your list. We'll adapt to your booths footprint and your show hours, and set the pace so people cycle through fast when the aisle is busy.

Private

Birthdays, stags and a very good use of your garage

Milestone birthdays, stags and stagettes, house parties, or a group of friends who just want to hit balls without booking a bay in town. We'll set up in a garage, a shop, a rec room or under cover outside, and you get the whole thing to yourselves for the session.

No dress code, no tee time, no waiting behind a foursome. Play a real course, run a longest-drive contest, or just smash drives on the range for two hours. Your music, your drinks, your house rules.

Tournaments

Tournaments and charity fundraisers

We set up as a contest hole at your tournament — longest drive, closest to the pin, or a hole-in-one-style challenge — and run it as a paid entry that raises money on top of your registrations. Golfers waiting on a tee box will happily donate money to take three swings at something.

It also solves the weather problem that quietly ruins tournament budgets. The rig runs under cover, so your contest hole doesn't fold when the forecast turns. We handle scoring and hand you the results at the end, so your volunteers can be somewhere else.

Requirements

What we need from your venue

Four things. If you can tick all four, the rig fits. If you're not sure, send a photo of the space and rough measurements and we'll check it for you before you commit to anything.

Floor space
15ft wide by 15ft deep, clear of tables and traffic
Ceiling height
11ft of clear height, nothing hanging into the swing path
Power
One standard outlets within reach of the bay, on its own circuit is ideal
Access
A route at least a standard door width wide from where we park. Stairs and long carries need a heads-up

Setup takes about One hour and teardown about One hour. Build both into your venue booking so we're not working around your guests.

Send us the date. We'll send you a number.

Venue, date and rough guest count is all we need to quote it properly.
