Check your date

One rig, one event at a time, so dates go early in the busy months. Send the details below and we'll come back with availability and a price.

Fill in what you know. If your date or guest count is still moving, put your best guess — we can work from rough numbers.

We'll reply here unless you tell us otherwise.

Optional, but faster if your date is close.

Not locked in yet? Give us your best guess.

A ballpark is fine — it helps us pick a format.

The more you give us, the more useful our first reply is.
